About Safe Harbor CAC
Safe Harbor Children’s Advocacy Center is a nonprofit organization providing hope and healing to child victims of abuse and neglect in Allegan and Barry Counties. Everyday children in our community suffer unbearable physical, mental, and sexual abuse. Safe Harbor offers a variety of services and resources to these child victims and their families at no cost under one roof to eliminate the need for them to repeat their story to multiple people in multiple places. Our center’s desire is to provide a safe and child-friendly atmosphere to allow a child to disclose sexual or severe physical abuse and to begin their healing journey.
Safe Harbor relies on volunteers, private grants, fundraising and donations from citizens and corporations to continue to provide hope and healing to the children in our community. This is where you come in – thank you for being their lifeline!
